I know December can be an extremely hectic month for everybody, which is why I chose this recipe for homemade peanut butter cups from The Hungry Mouse.
They look good, no? Wanted to try these for a while. Basic, minimal ingredients and hopefully little hassle (the recipe includes step-by-step photo instructions, which is always helpful) . . . plus, good for holiday gift giving!
I love peanut butter so I am happy with the recipe! Coating the muffin liners with chocolate worries me a little but I'm excited to see how they turn out!
