This is a little late, but what can I say, it has been a little bit hectic right now. I chose to make the Mini Walnut Soda Bread, you can find it by clicking here. They turned out pretty good, a little bit bigger than I expected. I really didn't make any alterations to the recipe at all and I don't think I would make any changes either. When they came out of the oven, I cut the bread in half and served them with agave nectar drizzled over it. I know, I know, I may be a little obsessed with agave nectar, but it was really good. You definitely need to serve the bread warm though.
